Shrimp Mold Dip

Lisa Gehl

Nancy Zschach
Yes, the "mold" part doesn`t sound good and it might not look very appetizing but it`s a delicious appetizer my Aunt Nancy always made at holiday parties. My uncle and I would sit in front of it for most of the part and nibble away at it with crackers.

  • 1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 2 small cans shrimp, drained
  • 3-3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayo
  • ¾ cup celery
  • ¾ cup chopped green onion

Dissolve gelatin in ¼ cup cold water. In double boiler bring soup to a boil. Dissolve cream cheese in soup and then add gelatin. Set aside until cool and add remaining ingredients. Put into a greased ring mold. Serve with crackers.
